Bulacan State University

Our PhD programs have been offered in successful collaboration with Bulacan State University of the Philippines.

Bulacan State University (BSU) is a state-funded institution of higher learning. The University was established in 1904 and converted into a leading modern university in 1993. BSU's main campus is situated in the historic City of Malolos, 36 kms north of Manila. The University has four other campuses strategically located throughout the historic province of Bulacan. With a total enrolment of approximately 18,000, BSU is the biggest in the region.

International Memberships

ILI is a member of the International Leadership Association (ILA) and Human Resource Technology International.

Other partners include the Western Michigan University, University of London, Middlesex University, Cardiff University and Hope of African University in Rwanda.
